Department of Prosthodontics has organized two days Workshop On Precision Attachment - Rhein 83 for our Postgraduate students on 15^th and 16^th of October 2019, conducted by Mr. Nanda Kumar, technician from CADET Chennai.

Topics covered :-

Day1:

- Lectures on Unilateral and Bilateral precision attachments in different clinical  

  situations

-Demonstration of Unilateral precision attachment of OT cap on working cast

-Hands-on for Postgraduate students, mounting of the model and attaching

 the Unilateral precision attachment using Parallelometer

Day2:

-Bilateral attachment of the OT cap on working cast, placement of the Cast

 partial denture pattern, spruing of the attachments, investing and  casting

 procedures were demonstrated by the instructor.

  The Hands-on enlightened the participants about laboratory procedures for precision attachments in different clinical scenarios.
