Dr.Dhiraj Kumar Shetty completed his Masters in Dentistry, Orthodontics& Dentofacial Orthopaedicsfrom A B Shetty Dental College, Mangalore Karnataka. He is a member of European Aligner Society since 2017 & has treated more than 1500 Clear Aligner Cases with an In- House Fabrication Unit. He has also been invited as Guest Lectures to conduct Clear Aligner Orthodontic Workshop both in India & Abroad.

The eminent speaker was introduced by the Principal & HOD of Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics Dr.VinayaS Pai.

The highlights of the program were understanding the Treatment Planning & Protocols using Clear Aligner with an In-House Fabrication.He motivated the delegates to become “ATMANIRBHAR” by using In-House Aligners for orthodontic treatment instead of relying on Corporate Aligners. He displayed difficult cases treated with In-House aligners, without any comprise in achieving good finish. It was a successful event attended by 150 participants consisting of Senior Faculties, Academicians, Practioners & Postgraduate students.

At the end of the program Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr Manjunath Hegde, the Professor of Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics.
