A training session focused on soft skills for dental students took place on April 16th and 17th in our college auditorium. This event was designed for our final year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Post Graduate students. The session was led by Dr. Prashanth, an accomplished author and team-building specialist, who is a GOAL certified trainer, a certified outbound trainer (IIPE), a Strong Interest Inventory practitioner, an empathetic listener, a behavioral trainer, a coach, a speaker, and a POSH trainer, as well as an enthusiastic learner.
