Oral hygiene day is celebrated all across India on August 1st on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. G B Shankwalkar, the doyen of Periodontics in India. As part of the oral hygiene day, Bangalore Institute of  Dental Sciences & Hospital is taking the opportunity to spread awareness and importance of oral health in the community by conducting a series of programs .

Oral Hygiene Month is celebrated at BIDS in association with Department of Periodontics and NSS wing of our college, as part of our commitment for upbringing oral health of the community .During this period throughout the month of August 2021 ,patients will be provided Hand scaling (Cleaning of teeth) at 50% of the actual treatment charges .We request all potential patients to utilize this wonderful opportunity and avail the services .
